Why Does Shipping from China to the U.S. Take 12–15 Business Days?

At LashMuse, we ship all of our products directly from our factory in China. This helps us reduce unnecessary middlemen and keep prices affordable for our customers. However, international shipping involves multiple steps and agencies, which is why delivery takes 12 to 15 business days on average.

Here’s a breakdown of the standard shipping timeline:

1. Order Processing & Packaging (1–2 business days):
   Once you place an order, we quickly prepare and package your items at our China warehouse.

2. Chinese Customs Clearance (approx. 3 business days):
   Your package goes through export customs in China. This step includes inspection and approval by authorities.

3. Air Transportation to the U.S. (approx. 3 business days):
   The package is shipped by air to the United States.

4. U.S. Customs Clearance (3–5 business days):
   Once your package arrives in the U.S., it is processed by customs. Clearance times vary and may take longer during peak seasons.

5. Final Delivery (3–5 business days):
   After customs clearance, your package is handed over to a local carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and delivered to your doorstep.
