Q1: Where do your products ship from?
A: All of our products are shipped directly from our partner factories in China. This direct-to-customer model allows us to offer competitive pricing without excessive markups from intermediaries.
Q2: How long does shipping take?
A: The standard shipping time is 10β15 business days. Please note that this estimate may vary slightly due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
Q3: Are there areas you do not ship to?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and remote U.S. territories or outlying islands due to courier limitations.
Q4: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At this time, we only offer standard international shipping to ensure fair pricing for all customers. Weβre working on expanding our delivery options in the near future.
Q5: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 3β5 business days for tracking info to update.
